If possible, the filter should be replaced during non-working hours. The old filter must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
First remove the compressed air hose and empty the boiler by pressing the manual cleaning button. Then loosen the clamping ring used to fasten the cover plate and remove the cover plate. Loosening the clamping ring can be made easier if the unit is switched on beforehand and the intake opening is closed. The compressed air hose, the connector from the compressed air tank to the power supply cable and the two screws at the bottom of the compressed air tank are removed so that the compressed air tank can be taken out. Now the three screws of the filter cartridges can be removed. Put a dust bag over the top and pull out the cartridge, proceeding in this way with each individual cartridge. The new filter is installed in the unit in reverse order. When installing, make sure that a new sealing rubber is fitted to the bottom part of each cartridge. It is not permissible to clean the filter cartridge when it is removed by blowing or tapping it out.
Application note:
Before changing the filter, it must first be cleaned of loose dust using the available cleaning system and the appliance must be disconnected from the mains.
