I hope that your start to 2020 has been as positive as it can be given the challenges that the UK is facing.

The fundamental demand that exists for our product offer remains intact and we are committed to ensuring that our customers have the support and tools to access its release when we overcome the significant - but not insurmountable challenge - that faces us individually; as a nation; and as an industry.

I remain, positive about our longer-term future, however, in the immediate-term we are putting a number of measures in place to support the well being of our staff and our customers:

  • Customer service and technical support teams have been set up for home working. This means that we’re available during working hours as normal to offer advice and technical support and can be contacted on our usual freephone number: 0800 616151 or by email info@bohle.ltd.uk.

  • You can also continue to place orders 24/7 via our online shop www.bohle.com with orders dispatched as normal.

  • Our warehouse in the UK is carrying additional stock during this period to guarantee supply. We are, however, advising our customers to place orders slightly earlier than you might do normally in case of delays within the distribution network.

  • We have also put in measures to safeguard health, including stringent new precautions, including a requirement on all warehouse and distribution staff to wear protective gloves and regular disinfection of our facility.

  • As a family-owned business, safeguarding the welfare of our staff is a key priority. On this basis we have temporarily suspended field sales calls, however, you can contact your usual Bohle sales partner as normal by phone or email here https://www.bohle.com/en-gb/contact/. They’re also available to answer any questions about product availability and supply.
