Bohle AG revolutionizes shower door hinges with new, patented zero position adjustment

With Juna, Bohle AG launches a specially developed shower door hinge series on the market and thus follows up on the success of the established Bohle sliding door and glass railing systems. Juna is characterized in particular by its new, patented zero position adjustment, the innovative 4-point fastening of the cover caps as well as its high-quality design. It has been successfully tested for 100,000 swing door cycles (DIN EN 14428, section 5.5).
The Juna shower door hinge combines aesthetics and functionality with quality and manufacturing "Made in Germany". Bohle's development spirit is particularly evident in the patented zero position adjustment: With the help of the new tensioning technology, the hinge axis remains free of annoying notches and thus promises millimetre-precise adjustment of the zero position.
Precise fit of the cover caps
Minimal gap dimensions and the covering of all screws emphasise the high quality of the swing door fitting. The innovative 4-point fastening ensures that the cover caps sit firmly in position. Four small centring pins and precisely fitting receptacles in the hinge make this possible. In addition, water-resistant rubber rings ensure a firm hold.
Simple assembly with only one tool
Juna also makes assembly easier: The clamping screws and the screw for zero position fastening have uniform TX30 screw heads, which can therefore be tightened quickly with just one tool. This eliminates the need to change screwdriving tools. The slotted holes for the wall connection also offer more convenience when aligning the hinge. Two-part clamping plates allow deeper threaded holes in the fitting and thus ensure a secure hold. At the same time, they protect the hinge from deformation on the outside of the hinge.
Long service life guaranteed
The materials brass and stainless steel inside the hinge underline the durability of the product. They allow the hinges to bear up to 50 kg, which is confirmed by extensive tests conducted by ift Rosenheim according to DIN EN 14428, section 5.5 with 100,000 swing door cycles. With a 5-year warranty, Bohle AG provides its customers with additional purchase security.
