With the Liftmaster B1, Bohle has developed an innovative handling and assembly aid with which elements weighing up to 180 kilograms, such as glass panes, window elements or metal or stone slabs, can be moved easily and safely - and by just one person.
The trend towards ever-larger glazing in architecture and the growing proportion of triple-pane thermal insulation glass pose new challenges for fabricators and fitters: Elements that could once be carried by two people are now so heavy that they can hardly be transported by hand through the factory or across the construction site. The Liftmaster B1 is supplied including the manual, 360° rotatable BO B18DM4GS lifting unit. The flat and compact lifting unit can be removed very easily and used separately on the crane. The weight of the lifting unit is only approx. 20 kg. The vacuum is generated by a hand pump, so there is no need to charge batteries. Safety is a top priority: The lifting unit has a 2-circuit system with 4 suction pads and has a manometer for vacuum monitoring.
