Sufficient UVA output from the lamp is crucial for the complete curing of a UV adhesive. The lamps lose power over time and must be replaced in good time. As this is not visually recognisable, the burning time should be recorded.
The service life of the light source is approx. 1000 hours.
Application note:
Observe the operating instructions for the lamp and the relevant technical guidelines and standards. Leave the lamp switched on during bonding. This ensures the necessary UV output and extends the service life of the lamp.
