The Juna® glass-wall 180° swing shower door hinge has a load capacity of 50 kg. Doors up to 1 x 2.25 m can be realised. The hinge is designed so that the inner walls of the shower remain free of fittings. The wall screwed connection is made into two slotted holes and a securing hole.
The high-quality appearance thanks to the smallest gap dimensions, the perfect zero position adjustment and precisely fitting cover caps make Juna® one of Bohle's most popular shower door hinge series. The hinges have a self-closing function up to an opening angle of approx. +/- 20°. The durability is confirmed in accordance with DIN 14428:2015-09, section 5.5 with 100,000 test cycles. We therefore offer a voluntary five years manufacturer's warranty on the Juna® shower door hinge series. Minimal gap dimensions and no visible screws emphasise the high quality of the swing door fitting. Juna also makes installation easier in a number of ways: the zero position adjusting screw is easy to reach and can therefore be conveniently set. Thanks to the innovative clamping technology, the hinge pin is not damaged by the locking screw - for millimetre-precise adjustment of the zero position. The clamping screws and the zero-position fixing screw have uniform screw heads, which can be tightened quickly with just one tool. The centred mounting plate ensures optimal positioning of the cover cap. A stable plug-in connection guarantees its firm and precise fit.
The high-quality brass and stainless steel components inside the hinge guarantee a long service life of the product. They also allow the hinges to bear up to 50 kg, which is confirmed by extensive tests with 100,000 test cycles as per DIN 14428:2015-09, section 5.5.
Juna® shower door hinges generally also enable profile-free installation. However, the use of sealing profiles minimises water leakage. These must be interrupted in the hinge area. The series consists of 3 finishes and thus enables the realisation of a wide variety of installation options.
