With the Liftmaster, Bohle offers an innovative, reliable handling and installation aid that allows elements weighing up to 180 kilograms, such as glass panes, window elements or metal or stone slabs, to be moved easily and safely – by just one person.
Larger glass formats, increasing weights and limited space present new challenges for fabricators and installers every day. The new Liftmaster is the well-thought-out answer to this: a proven lifting device that combines maximum safety, maximum flexibility and uncompromising independence – without the need for electricity or batteries. At the heart of the system is the manual, 360° rotatable BO B18DM4GS 2-circuit vacuum lifting system. Its design is unique worldwide: energy-independent, certified according to DIN EN 13155 and awarded the GS mark by TÜV Nord. This means that the Liftmaster can be used not only for internal transport, but also officially on construction sites – a decisive advantage in everyday work. The compact lifting system weighs only approx. 20 kg, can be removed without tools and used separately if required, e.g. in combination with an optional rotating and swivelling crane arm. The vacuum is reliably generated by a hand pump and permanently monitored by a pressure gauge. The 2-circuit system with four suction plates ensures maximum safety.The Liftmaster also impresses in terms of handling: it fits through doors with a clear passage size of 800 × 2000 mm, can be turned "on the spot" and allows manoeuvring with millimetre precision even in the tightest of spaces.
