Gavin Francey, who co-founded the South African subsidiary in Randburg in 2002 and has since been leading the company as General Manager, entered his well-earned retirement on 31/12/2019. His successor is Sebastian Till, who is already very well acquainted with the Bohle World.
Gavin Francey has been the General Manager of the South African Bohle subsidiary in Randburg (Johannesburg) for a full 18 years, led a team of up to nine employees and supplied 13 African countries with Bohle products. This challenge will now be faced by Sebastian Till, a long-term employee of Bohle Group. “We are proud to have found an in-house successor in Mr. Till. It is our joint objective to further enhance growth in the African countries and be prepared for the future thanks to an even better cross-linking with the parent company, the establishment of new processes and the increased focus on digital marketing”, emphasizes COO Arne Klöfkorn.
The 28-year-old started his career in 2010 as a participant in the dual studies programme. Having completed his Masters in technical business administration, he worked as Product Manager for suction lifters and manual glass cutting for four years before being appointed as General Manager of the South African subsidiary. His personal goals are ambitious: to make a significant contribution to the Bohle success story.
