With the VetroMount® glass railing system (with AbP), Bohle AG put a completely new installation idea into practice, based on the ingenious and simple idea of the cable tie: Thanks to the zip mechanism, VetroMount® is extremely quick and efficient to install and is 100% safe. This new type of intuitive installation, and the low manpower requirement on site, was well received by customers so that Bohle now completes the series with a floor profile F for surface mounting.
VetroMount® inspires in several respects. At its heart is the innovative, patented and constructionally tested glass mounting system, which fixes the glass panels in the profile with a simple push-pull movement. In addition, they can be easily aligned by one person. This system is the same for all profiles. Once you have installed one application, you can immediately master all other applications.
The floor profile F complements the series with a construction solution for a flush finish at the floor edge. The inner leg can be covered with a floor connection profile in a flowing transition to the floor structure. On the lintel side, a construction connection profile with various opening widths between 3 and 20 mm offers a wide range of facing options. Alternatively, side or top cover profiles can also be used. As with the familiar U-profiles, only 400 mm screw spacing is required to securely fasten the F-profile.
Rapid drainage: The floor profiles for top mounting can now be supplemented with drainage connectors. These are simply placed between two floor profiles and ensure that water can drain away quickly.
Red Dot Award: "Innovative Product 2020
The intuitive handling and the elegant design also convinced the international jury of the Red Dot Award. They awarded VertroMount® the "Innovative Product 2020" Award and explained: "VetroMount® impresses with a glass mounting solution that allows for particularly easy and efficient installation. In addition, the system pleases with its minimalist appearance".
Y-profile for side mounting in planning
Due to the positive response, Bohle is already developing the next development in the portfolio: a side profile Y for attachment mounting is to round off the range. Tests for the certified test will be carried out shortly, so that the Y-profile is expected to be launched on the market at the end of 2020.
