This is because the company has analysed all internal bonding processes and has been certified as a specialist bonding company in accordance with DIN 2304. To give customers the greatest possible security when it comes to mirror assembly, Bohle AG has been a certified specialist bonding company since March 2022. Strict specifications of DIN 2304 therefore also determine the manufacturing process for mirror sheets, which is certified by the TechnologieCentrum Kleben. A contamination-free production room and controlled air conditioning ensure consistent conditions at all times - precisely tailored to the work and bonding process. All employees are also trained with an additional bonding technology qualification. This enables the company to offer an improved generation of self-adhesive mirror sheets and to set new standards in terms of load-bearing capacity, safety and durability. For a 100% quality promise.
Mirror plates are used when mirrors need to be removable and no brackets need to be visible - a must for modern bathrooms. The mirror plates can also be adjusted in height using eccentric discs after they have been attached. The range of self-adhesive mirror mounts includes mirror plates with eyelets or bevelled edges as well as different sizes. Installation is completely straightforward and requires no special tools. The sheets therefore save a lot of effort, nerves and time. The mirror can be hung up after just 30 minutes of resting time. The new mirror sheet variant with only one instead of three bevelled edges reduces possible air pockets and therefore offers greater precision during installation.
Bohle AG pays attention to short delivery routes with its suppliers in order to minimise emissions. The components of the mirror sheets - metal sheets and adhesive tape - therefore come from within a radius of 90 kilometres.
The self-adhesive mirror plates from Bohle AG are available individually or in safefix®, safemax® and safeclix® mirror fastening sets. Depending on the set, the sheets are supplemented with additional adhesive sheets with magnets, spacers, press studs and screws.
