Vala FM shower door hinge, glass to wall, 90°

Description

The Vala FM flush-fitting shower door hinge combines several functions in a single hinge: swing door operation, an integrated lift-and-lower mechanism, and DIN-compliant installation in either direction. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 40 kg, it can reliably support shower doors up to 2.25 m high and up to 1 m wide.

The 90° glass-to-wall version is designed for use in right-angled corner and recess showers and provides a precise, stable connection between the glass and the wall.The patented design allows it to be fitted on either the left or right-hand side – without the need for any modifications. Despite its integrated lift-and-lower function, the shower door hinge therefore remains particularly flexible to install.

Application note:
Please note the chamfers in the glasswork and follow the fitting instructions for activating the lift-and-lower function and setting the zero position. DIN-compliant, direction-independent installation. The hinge is adjustable by 1.5 mm in all directions.
