Description

The use of Pyrosil® Gas is the first step of the Pyrosil® process and creates a silicate sinter layer on the surface. This process is used for glass-glass and glass-metal bonding exposed to high humidity (e.g. bathroom, shower).

Then the Pyrosil® primer is applied, which is matched to UV adhesives and forms a solid chemical bond with them. By using the Pyrosil® process, the greatest possible adhesion of UV adhesives to glass and metal surfaces is achieved. The long-term resistance of these bonds is significantly improved.

Can be used in combination with Pyrosil® Primer and UV adhesives.
