The drop-down seal reliably prevents the transmission of sound, draughts and odours. When the glass door is closed, the single-sided release button on the hinge side is actuated, the rubber lip lowers and closes the gap between the edge of the glass door and the floor by up to 15 mm
The drop-down seal is suitable for all glass doors from 6 mm glass thickness and reduces noise by up to 42 dB. It can be easily adapted to the door width by shortening. Shortening is possible up to 125 mm and thus seamlessly to the next standard length. The aluminium counter profile of the same colour decoratively conceals the adhesive surface of the drop-down seal and thus ensures a uniform appearance. The seal can also be easily converted from DIN left to DIN right
Application note:
The rubber lip should be shortened to the frame rebate dimension and, when lowered, should lie completely against a flat, smooth surface. The distance between the bottom edge of the glass and the floor is a maximum of 15 mm.
