The adjustable clamping lever is preferably used when the clamping range is limited or a specific clamping position is desired. The threaded bush is detachably connected to the handle by serration.
By lifting (pulling) the handle, the serration is released and the clamping lever can be swivelled into the most favourable clamping position. When "released", the handle automatically re-engages. The disengagement button enables effortless disengagement. However, this design is limited to applications where it is not necessary to disassemble the lever when screwing it in.
