Description
The original from Simonswerk for swing and rebated doors: stylish appearance, high-quality workmanship, first-class functionality! The Biloba hydraulic swing door hinge impresses with its harmonious design and invisible screw connections, and has been tested for 500,000 closing cycles in accordance with DIN EN 1154.
Thanks to its adjustable zero position and integrated self-closing function, Biloba brings the door into its ideal position with precision and control. It is suitable for both private indoor use and commercial applications. With a maximum door width of 1,000 mm and a load limit of 100 kg, it offers a wide range of possible uses.
The door fitting is designed for ESG and VSG (made of ESG) and can be used with glass thicknesses between 8 and 13.52 mm. It is a hydraulic hinge that is protected by international patents. Naturally, it has TÜV certification in accordance with EN 1154:2006.
A particular advantage of Biloba is its low opening resistance: the door can be opened comfortably, with most of the energy used being transferred to the controlled closing process. The doors close automatically at the previously set speed.
The installation of hydraulic hinges is useful wherever safe, controlled and user-friendly self-closing doors are required. Ultimately, even the installation of the hinges is quick and easy, as all screw connections are easily accessible.

The installation of hydraulic hinges is advisable wherever safe, controlled and user-friendly self-closing doors are required.
Application note:
To prevent the door from overturning, two door stops must be used as end stops at an opening angle of 90°. These are not included in the scope of delivery. We recommend the use of BO 5210381 or BO 5210383 for this purpose. The fittings to be installed must be synchronised with each other in order to achieve a uniform closing speed. The doors must close automatically at the preset closing speed. The use of an additional third hinge does not lead to an increase in the maximum load capacity.
