Polishing disc Scratch Away® SAW195 yellow

The sophisticated design of this polishing disc with the use of natural fibres corrects the renovated surface and brings it to a high gloss. In combination with the pink Scratch Away® SAW195 Recharge polishing compound, it removes the last surface defects and imperfections in a single operation. The SAW195 machine delivers eccentric polishing movements with multiple paths per revolution in combination with high torque values. This causes a standard polishing disc to deform and break easily, resulting in rough movements, loss of grip, comfort and performance. All this leads to unpredictable and poorer end results. The combination of wool and the harder yellow foam of the SAW195 polishing disc creates a polishing disc with great support, comfort and performance required to ultimately achieve the best finishing results. As such, it is a crucial part of the system that helps to ensure lasting lubrication between machine and surface during renovation, delivering a high-quality finish. For delicate surfaces The yellow Scratch Away® SAW195 polishing disc is our finest wool polishing disc and is used in the renovation of e.g. powder-coated surfaces, plastics, epoxy, gelcoat, two-component polyurethane-based paints, etc. All these materials do not require a clear coat.
