Ensures a soft and exact break when cutting. It binds emerging glass particles and ensures continuous wheel freewheeling.
When using cutting fluid, the surface tension in the glass is greatly reduced, which means that the cutting fluid penetrates the cutting surface more quickly and guarantees an optimum cutting result. Furthermore, cutting fluids lubricate the cutting wheel, thus minimising friction and enabling a longer service life. When cutting glass with cutting fluid, the cutting pressure can be reduced, resulting in less damage to the glass surface, which also leads to less chipping and a significantly better edge quality.
