Vala FM shower door hinge, glass-to-glass 180°

Description

The Vala FM flush-fitting shower door hinge combines several functions in a single hinge: swing door operation, an integrated lift-and-lower mechanism, and DIN-compliant installation in either direction. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 40 kg, it can reliably support shower doors up to 2.25 m high and up to 1 m wide.

The 180° glass-to-glass design provides a precise, stable connection between two glass components.The patented design allows it to be used as a DIN left or right fitting – without any modification. Despite its integrated lift-and-lower function, the shower door hinge therefore remains particularly flexible to install.

Application note:
Please note the chamfers in the glasswork and follow the fitting instructions for activating the lift-and-lower function and setting the zero position. DIN-compliant, direction-independent installation. The hinge is adjustable by 1.5 mm in all directions.
