The original for swing and single-action doors: stylish appearance, high-quality workmanship, first-class functionality! The hydraulic swing door hinges impress with their harmonious design, invisible screw connections and are tested for 500,000 closing cycles in accordance with DIN EN 1154.
Thanks to the adjustable zero position and the integrated self-closing function, the hinges bring the door into its ideal position in a precise and controlled manner. They are suitable for both private interiors and commercial applications. With a maximum door width of 1,000 mm and a load limit of 100 kg for the glass-wall version and 80 kg for the glass-glass version, they offer a wide range of possible applications.
The door fittings are designed for toughened safety glass and laminated safety glass (made of toughened safety glass) and can be used with glass thicknesses between 8 and 13.52 mm. They are hydraulic hinges that are protected by international patents. They are also TÜV-certified in accordance with EN 1154:2006 and therefore function in the same way as conventional door closers.
A particular advantage of the Biloba is its low opening resistance: this allows the door to be opened conveniently, with a large proportion of the energy used being transferred to the controlled closing process. The doors close automatically at the previously set speed. Even the installation of the hinges is quick and easy, as all screw connections are easily accessible.

The installation of hydraulic hinges makes sense wherever safe, controlled and user-adapted self-closing of door is required.
Application note:
To prevent the door from overturning, two door stops must be used as end stops at an opening angle of 90°. These are not included in the scope of delivery. We recommend the use of BO 5210381 or BO 5210383 for this purpose. The fittings to be installed must be synchronised with each other in order to achieve a uniform closing speed. The doors must close automatically at the preset closing speed. The use of an additional third hinge does not lead to an increase in the maximum load capacity.
