The Alva self-closing corner fitting enables quick installation without the need for time-consuming floor recesses. The entire hydraulic system for the self-closing function is housed in the slim fitting itself. The fitting is fixed to the floor with screws using a base plate.

Thanks to the innovative plug-in fixing system, there are no visible screws or fixing points on the cover caps of the corner fitting and the base plate. Black inserts, which create the impression of a shadow gap, emphasise the high-quality look. Alva is certified to DIN EN 1154 in accordance with European standards for long service life and outstanding functionality. The fitting with closing force EN 5 has the same dimensions of 184 x 70 mm as the EN 3 corner fitting and therefore ensures a uniform appearance for doors of different sizes in a room.

We cannot recommend use with laminated safety glass. Due to the low thickness of the individual panes and the point load in the area of the glass cut-out when tightening the screws, the glass may break.
