Since the top drill BO 5014H42O has a 0.2 mm larger diameter compared to the bottom drill BO 5014H40U, an absolutely "shoulder-free drill hole" can be achieved. If optimal machine parameters are maintained, up to 6,000 drill holes are possible without "resharpening". The drill has a hydraulic expansion shank. The countersink is 8 mm.
