VetroMount® Heavy Duty Installation Kit, with cover profiles

Product number: BO5413089

Description

The VetroMount® Heavy Duty mounting set enables quick and uncomplicated installation of fall protection glazing. Even heavy glazing can be aligned, fixed and, if necessary, removed again with millimetre precision in just a few simple steps.

This VetroMount® Heavy Duty mounting kit comprises pre-assembled glass supports and rubber seals, and is designed for installation with a cover profile. The patented locking mechanism is integrated into a complete glass support unit. Consequently, there is no need to assemble individual parts: the glass supports are pre-assembled and each features four fixing elements. The finely adjustable glass supports can be aligned without the need for tools. The VetroMount® all-glass balustrade system impresses with its high-quality appearance and simple installation, thanks to technically sophisticated components for glass support and alignment. Even long sections of balustrade can be installed in just a few simple steps, saving both time and money.

About the product series VetroMount® Heavy Duty:
The VetroMount® balustrade system (with AbP), developed by Bohle engineers, can be installed in just a few simple steps, saving both time and money. This is thanks to the practical profile fastening system and the patented glass supports: the minimal number of fixing points required for the profiles, combined with the use of simple concrete screws, makes profile installation particularly quick. The subsequent glass fixing is based on the ingenious idea of the cable tie principle. This ensures that glass panes are anchored 100 per cent securely in the profile using a simple pull-and-push movement. Insert, align, secure – three intuitive steps are all it takes to create the perfect balustrade system. Should maintenance be required, a clever release mechanism also allows for quick dismantling. The VetroMount® Heavy Duty series is suitable for particularly demanding balustrade applications with rail loads of up to 2 kN.
