A magnet located in the float body moves due to the rising of the medium. This magnet causes the reed contact to be actuated when a predetermined switching point is reached.
The flap float switch works contactless, wear-free and without energy through the use of a reed contact. It is also easy to install and maintenance-free, i.e. commissioning and operating costs are minimal.
