Juna® shower door hinge series in three other colours
The Juna® shower door hinge series, which has launched in 2022, catches the eye and stays in mind. The hardware range, which was developed in-house at Bohle, is now available in three additional finishes. With copper, polished brass and brushed brass, architects, builders and fitters have no limits when it comes to bathroom design. Whether a minimalist Scandi look or luxurious Art Déco style with golden elements is required, Juna® offers every option.
With a wide range of colours in a total of six finishes, Juna® once again combines modern design with sophisticated technology. The Bohle ethos of development is particularly evident in the patented zero position adjustment. With the help of the tensioning technology, the hinge axis remains free of interfering notches and thus promises millimetre-precise adjustment of the zero position.
Precise fit of the cover caps
Minimal gaps and the covering of all screws emphasise the high quality of the swing door fitting. The 4-point fastening ensures that the cover caps are securely in place, allowing them to sit exactly in position. This is made possible by four small centring pins and precisely fitting mounts in the hinge. In addition, water-resistant rubber rings ensure a firm hold.
Simple assembly with just one tool
Juna also makes installation easier: the clamping screws and the screw for zero position fastening have standardised TX30 screw heads, which can therefore be tightened quickly with just one tool. This eliminates the need to use different screwdrives. The slotted holes for the wall connection also offer greater convenience when aligning the hinge. Two-part clamping plates allow deeper threaded holes in the fitting and thus ensure a secure hold. At the same time, they protect the hinge from distortion on the outside of the hinge.
Long service life guaranteed
The brass and stainless steel materials inside the hinge emphasise the durability of the product. They enable the hinges to bear loads of up to 50 kg, as confirmed by extensive testing by ift Rosenheim in accordance with DIN EN 14428, section 5.5 with 100,000 swing door cycles. A product range for sauna applications was also added to the programme in 2023. With a 5-year guarantee, Bohle AG gives its customers additional security when purchasing.
